General B&B Reservation Info & Cancellation Policies:

 

Reservation Information:

• Check-in time is from 2.00pm onwards.

• Check-out time is 11.00am

• Breakfast is served each morning in the Dining Room between 7.30am - 9.30am

 

Cancellations:

• Free Cancellation will be offered to Guests up to 24 hours prior to their confirmed Reservation arrival.

• Guest/s will be charged the total room/s cost for their first night/s stay in case of a "no show", or if they cancel after 24 hours prior to their confirmed arrival/stay.

Cancellation Due to Covid:

If you have a booking with us and State or Federal Government's close the borders, then we will convert the amount you have paid into a travel voucher which will be valid for 12 months from the date of the reservation amendment.

• Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against unexpected cancellation of travel.

• Cancellations must be made directly to the property immediately by phoning 0459293334 or emailing kpe@kilmanypark.com.au

We understand Covid 19 restrictions can be implemented by the government authorities at very short notice and therefore we always try to be as flexible as possible.

What information we collect about you

When you make a booking with us we collect:

• the names of all the guests who will be staying;

• the Home address, email address and telephone number of the person making the booking; and

• Our reputable baking and e-commerce partners also collect and securely store debit or credit card numbers on our behalf at the time of payment for Online B&B Accommodation bookings with Kilmany Park Estate, as well as for final invoice payments (and deposit payments) for all Weddings or Events held at Kilmany Park Estate.. 

  • Note: Kilmany Park Estate do not have the ability to either use/re-use your encrypted and securely stored payment details, for any other purposes or payments to a third party.

How we use the information we hold on you

• We use your home address as part of the card payment processing to validate the card.

• We will use your email address to send you confirmation of a booking/invoice payment and an email with more details on how to find us and other information you may find useful for your stay.

• After your stay, you may receive an automatic email from our booking system asking you to fill in a feedback form.

• At times, we may also send you an additional email checking everything was ok with your stay/event at Kilmany Park Estate, including but not limited to offering you ways to stay in contact with us by social media or email if you choose to do so.

• We may use your telephone number to contact you if there is an emergency and/or we have been unable to contact you by email.

How is your data stored?

• All of the personal and debit/credit card data you supply us, as part of the booking process, is stored securely on a third party accounting system: STRIPE & QuickBooks.

• Neither we or STRIPE will share your information with any third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.

Marketing

• We would like to stay in touch with you and send information about Kilmany Park Estate and any special offers we may have.

• We send occasional emails to people on our distribution list. 

  • The distribution list is managed both internally as well as between some of our preferred and reputable partners. These may include (but are not limited to): Wix, Stripe, Google, Facebook, Instagram and Microsoft and Quickbooks.

• Neither we or our preferred and responsible partners will pass your details onto any other third parties without your express permission.

Guest Registration

We are required by law to collect the following information on all our guests. We do this by either collecting your information before your stay via our: online forms; booking and payment systems; or by asking you to complete a registration form upon arrival.

• The information you provide to us on any forms or via electronic means are safely and securely stored on our servers, and on our preferred partners servers mentioned previously.

• We are required to keep any registration forms for a year and show them to law enforcement officers upon their request.

• Your information will be removed from our databases immediately upon your request once our legal obligations statutes have been fulfilled.
